What they need
Technical Product Owner
Employment Type: Contractual; Hybrid
Work Location: Bangalore
Experience: 7-12 Years
- 7+ years as a Tech Product Owner with competency across product and engineering; excellent at converting Ideas/Discovery into deliverable outcomes
- Ability to run multi-market analysis and pragmatic solutioning to build singular, scalable products: Strong experience in Composable Architecture (modular services, reusable components, integration patterns)
- Hands-on POC mindset: can rapidly define hypotheses, build/drive prototypes with engineers, and validate feasibility/value.
- Practical experience in defining AI features and experience
- Strong stakeholder management and buy in to manage local market sign offs, compliance, understand tradeoffs and when to seek risk acceptances
- Strong experience within the Insurance domain, with a good understanding of insurance products, customer journeys, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation initiatives.
