Technical Product Manager

Who you are

• 4+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, or platform product management within a technology environment — equivalent experience, training, or transferable skills are considered
• Strong knowledge of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing concepts, statistical foundations (significance, power, confidence intervals, multiple comparisons, and sequential testing), trade-offs, and common pitfalls
• Experience owning complex products or platforms with multiple collaborators and technical dependencies
• Strong product and project management skills, including roadmap definition, prioritization, and cross-functional execution
• Comfort working with engineers and data practitioners on technically complex topics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• High ownership, sound judgment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority
• Experience reading and writing SQL
• Hands-on familiarity with the statistics underpinning experimentation — power and sample-size planning, confidence intervals, multiple testing / false discovery, and sequential or group-sequential analysis

• Partner closely with Engineering, Data, and Product teams to shape features, requirements, and implementation plans
• Translate user needs and ambiguous asks into clear product requirements and well-scoped initiatives
• Define success metrics, drive adoption, and continuously improve the platform through data and partner feedback
• Improve experiment setup, execution, monitoring, analysis, and decision-making workflows across the platform
