Job Description:

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Software/Systems/IT Business experience.
• BS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in an Agile environment using recognized development methodologies such as Agile or SAFe.
• Experience in data processing and data analysis , with the ability to interpret insights and translate them into product decisions.
• Experience with AI technologies is a strong plus.
• Experience developing front-end-heavy applications , with emphasis on UI/UX best practices and accessibility compliance, is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Support an Agile product development team of 4–8 members delivering new features and capabilities.
• Work closely with the Product team to understand customer needs and business requirements.
• Participate in discovery and brainstorming sessions with end users.
• Prioritize the Product backlog .
• Define functional requirements as user stories with precise acceptance criteria .
• Coordinate user story reviews with Software and QA engineers to identify technical solutions, risks, dependencies and complexity.
• Validate user stories with the team against the defined acceptance criteria.
• Define technical documentation requirements, including user guides and manuals , with technical writers.
