What they need
Tech Product Manager
At Good Finance, we are committed to empowering individuals to turn their visions into reality, creating greater value and a better future for society. Driven by a passion for financial technology, we aim to be a trusted force that helps people achieve their dreams. By focusing on professionalism and precision, we transform our expertise into meaningful, long-term support for our clients.
Unlike traditional financial institutions, Good Finance offers a distinctive environment that prioritizes innovative solutions while maintaining the highest ethical standards. Our Technology Product Division is the engine of our creativity, and as a Tech Product Manager, you will not just imagine a better financial future—you will build it. We are looking for a partner to bridge the gap between business, design, and technology, redefining what is possible in finance.
We believe in continuous learning, open knowledge-sharing, and constant optimization of our products and services. Together, we strive to provide secure, reliable financial solutions and help our clients live better, more confident lives.
Position Overview
We are seeking a curious, passionate, and experienced Tech Product Manager to lead the development of world-class fintech tools. In this role, you will stand at the intersection of business strategy and user experience, analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes to craft a compelling product vision. You will identify strategic opportunities and propose innovative concepts that not only meet evolving market needs but also empower our clients to make smarter financial decisions.
Working intimately with cross-functional partners—including design, engineering, data, and compliance teams—you will drive the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch. You will be responsible for translating abstract ideas into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user flows, ensuring technical feasibility without compromising on usability. Your ability to coordinate across legal, operations, and risk departments will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions that align with our business goals and regulatory frameworks.
As a product champion, you will foster a culture of data-driven innovation. You will leverage user behavior data and collaborate with data scientists to apply AI and machine learning, optimizing conversion funnels and delivering personalized experiences. Your "challenger mindset" will encourage the team to question the status quo, ensuring that our products remain compliant, secure, and deeply human-centered in a rapidly changing digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Analyze financial market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscapes to craft a compelling product vision and roadmap.
- Design & Documentation: Create and maintain detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), feature specs, workflows, and UX/UI wireframes.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate across design, engineering, legal, finance, operations, and risk teams to ensure product feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Lifecycle Management: Drive the entire product lifecycle—from concept and development to testing, launch, and continuous iteration.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage data on user behavior and conversion funnels to continuously optimize the user experience; work with data scientists to apply AI/ML for smarter risk management and personalization.
- Regulatory Compliance: Partner with internal compliance teams and regulators to ensure products adhere to financial regulations (AML, KYC, data privacy) and navigate the legal landscape confidently.
What You’ll Gain
- Be part of an open, warm, and curious team that values shared growth.
- Room to explore, innovate, and experiment in the Fintech Product domain.
- Contribute to building a trustworthy, user-centered financial ecosystem.
- Gain exposure to the intersection of AI, finance, and design, seeing how technology creates better lives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in fintech product management.
- Solid technical literacy; capable of discussing implementation details with web, mobile, and backend engineers.
- Strong communication skills across all levels, with the ability to translate technical ideas for non-technical audiences.
- Experience in customer-centric design and data-driven product development.
- Understanding of financial regulations (AML, KYC) and compliance requirements.
- Skilled in business analysis, process optimization, and agile project management.
- Preferred: Exposure to AI and its application in fintech products.
- A challenger mindset—ready to question the status quo and propose bold, better solutions.
