Main Responsabilities:

• Translate business needs into clear, practical technical solutions.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to create business value.
• Evaluate technical approaches, trade-offs, and solution feasibility.
• Take ownership of initiatives and drive execution with minimal supervision.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of Data Engineering experience and a strong technical foundation in SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data architecture.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and cloud environments, preferably Azure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• A proactive, autonomous mindset and genuine interest in growing into technical leadership.
• Curiosity about AI and its practical applications.

Nice to have: Snowflake, SQL Server, retail data platforms, client-facing experience, or exposure to AI-powered solutions.
