What they need
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Business Systems, Customer Success Operations, or a related role.
- Experience defining and delivering SaaS customer onboarding, Professional Services, or post-sale capabilities.
- Experience designing or improving expansion pipeline processes and the systems that support opportunity creation, management, and reporting.
- A track record of joining complex or in-flight initiatives, building context quickly, surfacing gaps, and moving work toward delivery.
- Strong requirements skills, including the ability to turn business needs and decisions into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working with Salesforce, integrations, data flows, and technical delivery teams; Rocketlane or similar tools are helpful.
- Familiarity with agile product delivery and the ability to partner effectively with systems and engineering teams through implementation.
