We are seeking a talented Technical Product Owner either in Lithuania or Estonia to join Billing Operations team and drive Go3 to new heights.

About the team:

You'll join Billing Operations, a team of 5 experts across Estonia and Lithuania. We cover billing for Go3 and Home3 customers, including payment gateway integrations, invoicing, charging, contract signing, and debt management. Unusually for a billing team, we also own customer onboarding and self-service, so you'll see the full customer lifecycle from sign-up to churn and back to re-sign-up.

Don't let "operations" mislead you. More than half of our time goes into transformation work that we own end to end. We take requests from business, finance, or legal, write the requirements, align with vendors, support development, run acceptance, release to production, and support the change afterwards.

Who you'll work with : our internal development team, Evergent (subscription billing platform), Builder.io (headless CMS we recently adopted), legacy systems and the Commerce, Customer Management, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams.

What you will do:

• Onboarding and self-service : UX/UI, configuration, and integrations
• Products, pricing, and promotions: configuring offers for new sales, upgrades and downgrades, retention.
• End-to-end delivery: leading changes from initiation through requirements, vendor alignment, development, acceptance, release, and post-launch analytics.
• Bill delivery ownership: own process of bills validations and delivery
• Monitoring and insight: building dashboards in Power BI so issues and metric changes are caught before customers notice them.
• Internal consulting: helping stakeholders find the most effective way to reach their goals, which sometimes means a simpler solution than the one requested.
• Troubleshooting: investigating issues together with business, finance, and development teams.

What we expect:

• 3+ years in technical product ownership/management or product ownership/management or billing expert or business analysis
• Hands-on ownership of a live system, not only project delivery.
• A track record of delivering features end to end, from requirements through post-launch support and analytics.
• Bias toward evidence: brings data to disagreements, not opinion
• Runs toward the messy edge cases — proration, mid-cycle changes, partial refunds — rather than deferring them to "phase 2"
• True ownership – work in complex environments, build long term sustainable solutions, proactiveness in fixing future might-to-be problems, critical thinking
• Continous education mindset
• Hand-on way of working
• Be ready to discuss with dev APIs and review cross platforms integration documentation
• Upper intermediate English
• Nice to have experience with Billing, OTT, Telco, Subscription businesses, data analytics, financial reporting

Interview process:

3. Test task (offline, expected 1-2 hours)
4. Task discussion with Mykola and colleague Egle Pipenberg to discuss test task

First quarter expectations:

• Prepare simplified current Go3 customer onboarding & billing experience with suggestions to improve
• Deliver your first change requests within Builder CMS
• Set up and launch a new commercial campaign with the Commerce team
• Deliver feature to production within Evergent billing
• Review and provide improvement requirements to existing Payments funnel dashboard in PowerBI
