• Manage, prioritize, and maintain product backlogs based on business value and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate backlog grooming, refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning sessions.
• Apply Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to support efficient product delivery.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Use Jira and/or Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint tracking, and workflow management.
• Ensure the backlog remains well-organized, prioritized, and aligned with product objectives.
• Partner with technical teams to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Identify dependencies, risks, gaps, and potential blockers and drive timely resolution.
• Communicate product priorities, roadmap updates, and delivery status to key stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, resolving issues, and optimizing Agile processes.
