  • Develop and promote standards, automation and self-service to improve the user experience and reduce time to onboard workloads.
  • Identify and manage dependencies and risks across EIP, infrastructure, applications and other technology platforms.
  • Ensure the capability aligns with Risk and Controls Framework, security requirements, resilience standards and regulatory expectations.
  • Shape the operating model, governance and ways of working needed to manage the capability effectively.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing capacity and dependencies to deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Solid knowledge of production operations, including incident, problem and change management, monitoring, capacity, resilience and service continuity.
  • Experience working in a regulated or control-focused environment , with a strong appreciation of risk, controls, audit, security and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate between engineering, operations, architecture and senior leadership.
  • A pragmatic, accountable and delivery-focused approach, with the ability to make informed decisions and move work forward.

Desirable experience

  • Experience with enterprise scheduling, workload automation, workflow orchestration or batch-processing capabilities.
  • Experience with BMC Control-M and/or IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) .
