THE OPPORTUNITY

Lead a large-scale modernization initiative transforming a 12–13-year-old enterprise data warehouse into a modern data platform. Drive strategic priorities, align technology and business stakeholders, and shape delivery milestones through 2027 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain monthly and quarterly product roadmaps.
• Define, refine, and prioritize Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks.
• Translate business objectives and technical capabilities into actionable delivery plans.
• Drive prioritization and negotiate trade-offs across business, IT, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Engage directly with CIO/CIO-1 and senior technology stakeholders.
• Assess platform capabilities, technical dependencies, risks, and architectural trade-offs.
• Coordinate with cloud and data platform vendors and delivery teams.

• Apache Iceberg and Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
• Product Roadmapping, Backlog Management, Agile Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of cloud-based data platform implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior ownership of large-scale data modernization implementations.
• Experience with legacy warehouse migration and complex data ecosystems.
• Ability to quickly assess new platform technologies and dependencies.
