TECHNICAL PRODUCTO OWNER (JAVA) - Insurance

Functional and technical lead, ensuring the alignment between business requirements, architecture, integrations and technical capabilities of the platform.

>> WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Define and refine technical requirements.
• Coordinate development and integration teams.
• Analyze architectural impacts.
• Supervise integrations with corporate systems.
• Manage technical dependencies and risks.
• Participate in designing solutions.
• Validate technical designs and deployment strategies.
• Support functional and technical tests.

>> WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• More than 3 years as Backend Java Technical Leader
• Knowledge of distributed architectures, APIs and Batch processing in Java (Spring Batch).
• Experience in corporate integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to communicate with business and technical teams.
• Portuguese (for Portugal or Brazil)

>> TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS?

• Microservices.
• Java Spring Batch
• Hexagonal Architectures.

>> NICE TO HAVE?

• Experience in insurance projects or the financial sector.
• Knowledge of insurance processes (life, non-life, accidents, policies).
• Professional English.
• Spanish
