What they need

About the Role
Due to our continued success and rapid growth across Australia and New Zealand, we are seeking a motivated and organised Technical Product Specialist to join our team at our Riverwood Head Office.

If you have a genuine interest in tools, machinery, or equipment, and a knack for problem solving, this is the perfect role for you. In this position, you will own the end to end warranty process—acting as the central hub connecting our stores, national repair networks, and spare parts supply chain to ensure fast, high quality resolution of all claims.

What You'll Do

  • Manage National Warranties: Handle all incoming warranty engagements, assessments, and outcomes across Australia, ensuring fair and efficient resolutions.
  • Coordinate Repairs & Systems: Process and finalise repair claims within our system, keeping tracking records accurate and up to date.
  • Spare Parts & Inventory Control: Maintain precise records of spare parts stock on hand, allocate components for repairs, and coordinate the ordering and shipping of required parts.
  • Support the Technical Network: Set up, support, and maintain our regional warranty repair networks to ensure strong nationwide coverage.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate closely with the after sales support team to gather claim details and provide clear technical updates regarding customer inquiries.

What You'll Bring

  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a warranty, claims administration, or service coordination role (experience within the tools, automotive, hardware, or machinery industries is highly regarded).
  • Tool & Technical Interest: A practical understanding of or personal interest in mechanical/electrical tools and equipment.
  • Strong Organisation: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage stock control, logistics, and system documentation simultaneously.
  • Great Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and suppliers.

Why Work For Us

Founded in 2001 with just one retail store, our business now spans across all states in Australia and New Zealand with over 115 retail locations. We are incredibly proud of our reputation for quality, reliability, and excellent customer service.

Joining our team means becoming part of a well established company that values its people. We offer:

  • A competitive salary package with genuine opportunities for career development
  • A collaborative team environment with ongoing training and resources.
  • Convenient everyday perks including on site parking and a weekly pay schedule.
  • Modern Head Office space
  • Quartely Head Office Events
  • Head Office based in Sydney South West

Other offers great for you!
