Technical Product Specialist

Dentalaire Products has been providing veterinarians with dentistry products and services since 1988. Our company offers a variety of products from compressors, dental stations, hand pieces, instruments, and dental x-ray systems.

Currently, we have an immediate opening for a full-time Technical Product Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and solve advanced technical problems for clients, internal support teams, or field technicians.

2. Quality Control: Inspecting processes or goods to ensure high standards.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with engineering, product management, and quality assurance (QA) teams to log bugs and test new features.

4. Testing and Inspecting: Check items for flaws, run lab tests, and make sure products match safety rules.

5. Customer Support: Answer client questions, find the root cause of a product failure, and guide users on fixes.

6. Teamwork: Share user feedback with the production team to improve product quality and functionality.

7. Documentation & Training: Write internal and external product guides, FAQs, wikis, and training materials for sales or customer success teams.

Core Skills Needed

1. Communication: Ability to explain difficult technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

2. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to evaluate edge cases, system logs, and product limitations.

3. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant scientific field.

4. Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in technical support, product management, or engineering.

Travel: There will be minimal travel requirements.

Job Type: Full-Time, onsite, Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4 pm.
