What they need

Dries Van Noten founded his eponymous brand in Antwerp, Belgium, in 1986. He is widely recognised for his distinctive approach to craft, combining refined tailoring with bold eclecticism. His signature use of print, texture, colour, and silhouette continues to define a style that exists beyond seasonal trends. Today, Dries Van Noten collections are available in stores across Europe, the United States, and Asia, as well as through a global network of wholesale partners, and online. The brand has recently expanded into beauty and fragrance, complementing its ready-to-wear and accessories collections. In December 2024, Julian Klausner was appointed Creative Director. Having worked closely with Dries since 2018, his deep understanding of the house’s identity ensures continuity while opening a new chapter for its future.

Mission

As a Technical Production Executive, you will support the team in preparing the Womenswear and Menswear collections for production. You will play a key role in ensuring that product data, technical documentation, and Bills of Materials are accurate and up to date within our PLM and ERP systems. • Support the Production team throughout the production preparation process of the Womenswear and Menswear collections.
  • Update and maintain product articles, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical product information within our PLM and ERP systems.

  • Collaborate closely with Pattern Making, Product Development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Assist in monitoring production readiness and ensuring all styles are correctly set up within the relevant systems before production starts.
  • Support administrative and operational tasks linked to production preparation, data management, and system implementation.

The tasks above are not conclusive and may change according to the needs of the company. A flexible approach towards tasks and responsibilities is always needed.

Profile

  • You hold a degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Product Development, Fashion Management, or a related field.
  • You have approximately 5 year of professional experience within Product Development, Production, Technical Design, Pattern Making, or a related fashion environment.
  • You have a solid understanding of garment construction, technical specifications, product information management, and production processes.
  • You have experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the product creation and production lifecycle.
  • You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex product information with accuracy.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and enjoy working with systems, data management, and process optimisation.
  • You are comfortable working with Excel and have experience using PLM, ERP, or other product management systems.
  • You have experience with Bills of Materials (BOMs), technical documentation, and product data within a production environment.
