Technical Program Lead

Optomi, in partnership with a leading company in the Insurance industry, is looking for a Technical Program Workstream Lead , responsible for coordinating and driving delivery across multiple technology and business workstreams impacted by the transformation.

Working closely with the Salesforce Platform Project Manager, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders, this role provides end-to-end oversight of cross-functional workstreams, manages dependencies, risks, and delivery plans, and ensures all impacted systems and teams are aligned to program objectives and timelines.

The ideal candidate combines project management, technical leadership, Scrum Master expertise, and stakeholder management skills to successfully deliver complex enterprise transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years in a leadership role for large-scale business and technology transformation programs

• Demonstrated experience managing dependencies across multiple concurrent workstreams and driving accountability within a matrixed organization

• Strong Scrum Master, Agile delivery, and project management expertise

Technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas used to facilitate discussions across business and technical teams: Salesforce Platform and Ecosystem; Google Cloud Platform (GCP); Apigee; Data Integration and ETL Technologies; Master Data Management (MDM); Data Conversions

• Strong risk management and mitigation experience

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience coordinating delivery across business, architecture, development, testing, integration, and operations teams

• Experience supporting enterprise-wide releases and cutovers

Responsibilities Include:

• Own delivery readiness across assigned workstreams and proactively identify risks to program milestones

• Establish and maintain integrated project plans that align work across business and technology teams

• Drive accountability for commitments, deliverables, and milestone achievement

• Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to program delivery lead and other project stakeholders

• Facilitate decision-making and ensure decisions are documented and communicated to impacted teams

• Facilitate weekly Scrum of Scrums sessions to monitor progress, manage cross-team dependencies, identify risks, resolve impediments, and ensure alignment across all impacted workstreams

• Maintain the Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) log for the project and ensure all open items are addressed in a timely manner

• Serve as Scrum Master for the Batch Data Flows / ETLs and Data Conversion workstreams, facilitating Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog readiness, and removal of delivery impediments

• Coordinate release readiness, cut-over activities, and production deployment activities across assigned workstreams

• Escalate delivery risks and unresolved issues to program leadership in a timely manner
