Technical Program Management, Service Quality

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Program Management, Service Quality to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will drive cross-functional service quality initiatives that improve system performance, delivery reliability, and the overall customer experience. You will partner closely with engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders to establish measurable quality frameworks, manage risk, and keep complex programs moving forward. The position requires strong technical judgment, structured problem-solving, and the ability to align multiple teams around clear priorities and outcomes.

Location: Mountain View, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $230,000 – $284,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead service quality improvement programs across multiple departments.
• Establish key quality metrics and frameworks to enhance the customer experience.
• Drive strategic initiatives to identify and manage risks and dependencies.
• Align stakeholders and represent programs to executive leadership to facilitate accountability.
• Apply technical judgment to improve system scalability and delivery quality.
• Manage program roadmaps and resource allocation for timely delivery of business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing complex cross-functional programs with a broad understanding of business functions.
• Proven experience driving large-scale technical programs from start to finish, managing dependencies and risks.
• Strong technical background to engage in design discussions and evaluate trade-offs with engineering teams.
• Ability to analyze diverse data points into structured priorities for measurable quality improvements.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to align teams and influence executives.
