Technical Program Manager 6 - Infrastructure, AI

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Program Manager 6 - Infrastructure, AI to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space.

This role will lead complex technical programs across infrastructure and AI initiatives, helping turn ambiguous problem spaces into clear, executable plans. You will partner closely with engineering, product, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive delivery discipline, manage dependencies, and influence investment decisions. The position requires strong judgment in balancing product and technology trade-offs while keeping teams aligned on risks, milestones, and outcomes in a high-scale environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $420,000 – $630,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Identify and frame new problem spaces for execution
• Drive execution rigor across multi-team programs and manage dependencies
• Influence investment decisions and resource planning with stakeholders
• Communicate updates on progress, risks, and decisions
• Utilize insights from execution to guide architectural direction

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale technical programs in infrastructure or distributed systems
• Strong understanding of the GenAI tech stack and experience driving related programs
• Proven ability to create partnerships with cross-functional teams
• Experience structuring undefined technical problem spaces into executable programs
• Ability to assess and weigh product vs. technology trade-offs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
• Familiarity with high-scale distributed systems challenges
