Technical Program Manager – Ad Platforms

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to support a large-scale Ad Platforms technology organization.

This is a great opportunity for a highly proactive TPM who enjoys working closely with engineering teams and driving complex technical programs from planning through delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead large, strategic, technically complex software programs

• Build program plans, timelines, milestones, and dependency maps

• Partner closely with engineering leads, project managers, and cross-functional teams

• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and proactively drive resolution

• Track progress, program metrics, budgets, and team capacity

• Communicate program status and key updates to stakeholders and executive leadership

• Coordinate development, QA, deployment, and cross-team activities

• Help keep multiple technology teams aligned and accountable

• Facilitate Agile processes and team-of-teams ceremonies when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale software development programs

• Strong experience working within a large/global technology organization

• Excellent program planning, delivery, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or Scaled Agile

• Strong understanding of software development environments and the ability to work effectively with technical teams

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight

Nice to Have:

• Ad Tech / Advertising Technology experience

• Media or entertainment technology experience

• PMP or other formal project/program management certification
