Technical Program Manager ( Asp.net and QA) Islamabad

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with 12+ years of hands-on experience in ASP.NET and Quality Assurance (QA). The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with program management, software delivery, quality engineering, and cross-functional leadership.

The candidate should have a strong background in ASP.NET/.NET application development, software architecture, QA processes, testing methodologies, and end-to-end project/program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple technology programs from planning through successful delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across ASP.NET/.NET development and QA teams.
• Review technical architecture, application design, development practices, and implementation strategies.
• Oversee the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Establish and maintain quality standards, testing strategies, and release processes.
• Work closely with development, QA, DevOps, product, and business teams.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, resource requirements, and delivery challenges.
• Manage program timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Drive continuous improvement in development, testing, automation, and deployment processes.
• Review and resolve complex technical issues involving ASP.NET/.NET applications.
• Ensure appropriate QA methodologies are implemented across projects.
• Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms for program health, quality, and delivery.
• Communicate program status, risks, and technical challenges to senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor technical leads, developers, QA engineers, and project teams.

Technical Requirements

• 12+ years of overall experience in software development, QA, and technology delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET / .NET.
• Strong understanding of C# and .NET application development.
• Extensive experience in Software Quality Assurance and testing methodologies.
• Experience with both manual and automation testing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, Scrum, and software delivery processes.
• Experience with API testing, integration testing, regression testing, and performance testing.
• Understanding of CI/CD, source control, and modern software development practices.
• Experience working with databases such as SQL Server.
• Ability to understand complex technical architectures and guide engineering teams.

Pay: Rs700,000.00 - Rs900,000.00 per month
