Technical Program Manager

NikSoft Systems Corporation seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead a large federal IT program. This fully remote role requires programmatic leadership, technical oversight, and risk management for a multi-platform enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary government point of contact
• Oversee contract execution, resource management, and risk mitigation
• Coordinate engineering tasks and ensure compliance with standards
• Report progress to senior leadership and government executives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (required); Master’s preferred
• 12+ years in IT program/project management; 7+ years managing large federal IT programs
• Experience with cloud, enterprise integration, identity management, content management, hosting, and databases
• Desired certifications: PMP, CISSP, SAFe Agilist, ITIL, AWS/Azure/Salesforce
• US Citizenship and ability to pass a government background check required
