Role Overview

We are looking for a technically strong Technical Program Manager with a solid Software Engineering background and proven experience managing large-scale enterprise technology programs.

The ideal candidate should have 60+ team management experience, strong Fixed-Price delivery expertise, and exposure to AI, Data, Cloud, and GenAI technologies.

Key Requirements

Software Engineering Background

• Candidates should have started their career as Software Engineers/Developers.
• Prior hands-on experience in software development/coding is required.

Program Management

• Proven experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level technical programs.
• Experience handling multiple teams, stakeholders, technology streams and complex deliveries.

Team Management

• Experience managing engineering teams of 60+ members.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

Technology Exposure

• Strong exposure to AI, Data and Cloud technologies.
• Experience should preferably come through enterprise-scale technology programs.

AI / GenAI

• Good understanding of AI and Generative AI (GenAI).
• Ability to identify and leverage AI/GenAI capabilities across enterprise programs and solutions.

Fixed-Price Engagements

• Strong experience managing Fixed-Price projects/programs.
• Experience across both Greenfield and Brownfield engagements.

Enterprise Client Experience

• Experience managing technology programs for large enterprise clients is required.

Delivery & Governance

• Strong ownership of:

• Program planning & execution

• Program governance

• Risk & issue management

• Stakeholder management

• Timelines & delivery

• Budget management

• Quality management

Technical Leadership

• Must be technically strong and comfortable engaging with:

• Engineering teams

• Solution/Technical Architects

• Senior stakeholders

• Enterprise clients

• Ability to understand and drive complex technology initiatives.

Career Progression

• Preference for candidates who have progressed from Software Engineering/Development Technical Program Management.
• Candidates with a purely Project/Program Management background are not preferred.
