Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex technical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise and project management experience, enabling them to effectively bridge the gap between engineering teams and stakeholders.

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to oversee complex enterprise software implementation and integration engagements. The ideal candidate brings strong technical delivery, enterprise governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination experience, balancing structured client expectations with the agility of a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role requires more than status tracking: it demands technical fluency, proactive risk management, clear accountability, and ownership of execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own enterprise integration project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Establish governance structures, RACI matrices, stakeholder responsibilities, escalation procedures, and communication plans.
• Act as a primary client-facing point of contact, communicating proactively and managing expectations.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Product, Solutions Architecture, Integrations, and client teams.
• Track client-specific feature requests and technical issues from intake through prioritization, resolution, and closure.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, resource constraints, and delivery bottlenecks.
• Monitor project health, milestone performance, deliverable quality, schedule deviations, and capacity utilization.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, status reports, and executive updates.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, technical coordination sessions, and client status reviews.
• Ensure deliverables and artifacts are accurate, current, organized, and assigned to accountable owners.
• Partner with technical teams to understand requirements, tradeoffs, implementation constraints, and feature priorities.
• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise engagements and continuously improve delivery practices.
• 7+ years of technical project management, technical program management, or enterprise software implementation management experience.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise client implementations or integration programs.
• Strong command of project governance, RACI, milestone-based delivery, risk management, and dependency tracking.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably within fintech, payments, fraud prevention, risk management, or compliance.
• Ability to coordinate credibly with Engineering, Product, Integration, and Solutions teams.
• Working understanding of APIs, system integrations, software development lifecycles, and technical dependencies.
• Strong experience in client expectation management, executive communication, project reporting, and escalation.
• Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-stakes engagements without compromising quality or follow-through.
• Excellent written and spoken English, including communication with senior client stakeholders.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience delivering enterprise B2B SaaS or fintech solutions.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or comparable planning and issue-tracking tools.
• Experience coordinating client-specific product enhancements with Engineering and Product.
• Experience with international enterprise customers and distributed technical teams.
