Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to manage large-scale technical programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large technical programs from planning to implementation.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Track program progress, identify risks, and resolve issues.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables.

Required Skills

• Proven experience managing large-scale technical programs.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile and project management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
