  • Create and manage trackers, resource plans, and progress reporting for all quality-related program activities
  • Own quality metrics and key results for the Megafactory site and Energy business (customer satisfaction, nonconformities, warranty, yield, etc.)
  • Perform data-driven analysis using statistical tools (Minitab, JMP), databases, and scripting (Python, MySQL) to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support dimensional analysis, statistical tolerancing, process capability studies (Cp/Cpk), and MSA activities
  • Participate in design reviews, change management, and validation activities to ensure quality and reliability requirements are met

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Program/Project Management in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong experience with Quality Core Tools: APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 8D
  • Demonstrated expertise in structured problem solving (8D, Six Sigma, Shainin)
  • Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, CQE (ASQ), or equivalent certification is preferred
  • Experience with high-volume manufacturing, electro-mechanical assemblies, or battery/energy storage systems is a big plus
  • Experience working in JIRA, developing workflows, and running phased gate reviews
  • Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with statistical software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
