Technical Program Manager (Fintech)

• As a Technical Program Manager for Fintech, you will drive end-to-end program execution and delivery across ServiceTitan’s Fintech portfolio, including Payments, Payables, and Financing
• You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to deliver scalable financial solutions that increase contractor revenue, improve customer experience, and strengthen platform reliability
• Own the execution and delivery of key Fintech programs — ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define clear success criteria, program milestones, and KPIs tied to customer and business outcomes
• Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs, ensuring decisions are data-driven and surfaced early to maintain program predictability
• Drive visibility and accountability through clear reporting, dashboards, and communication across leadership and stakeholders
• Collaborate with GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth launches, adoption readiness, and outcome tracking
• Continuously improve execution processes, streamlining how teams plan, deliver, and measure success across programs
• Champion alignment and trust, ensuring all teams stay focused on outcomes that drive measurable business and customer value

• Proven success in delivering complex, cross-functional programs with measurable business impact
• Familiarity with Fintech domains such as Payments, Payables, and Financing, with demonstrated ability to apply business insights to drive execution and measurable results
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and connect execution to outcomes
• 3–5 years of technical program management experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments, with a proven ability to deeply understand business context and deliver high-impact outcomes through strong cross-functional coordination, strategic planning, and effective resource management
• Strong technical acumen and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and product leaders
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and program dashboards
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on driving clarity, accountability, and results
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
