Technical Program Manager (I)- #26-25081

**Duration: 6 months

Role Overview:** This role acts as the primary Vector systems liaison and source of truth, managing bugs, facilitating the tracking and delivery of feature requests, and ensuring clear and timely end-user communications.

Key Responsibilities: Bug Management

• Regularly review and maintain the backlog of system issues related, acting as the source of truth and ensuring bugs are tagged to the appropriate hotlist.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate the priority of high-impact tickets and drive resolution.
• Provide hands-on support to resolve requests with cross-functional partners as needed.

Feature Request Management

• Maintain the backlog of system enhancement requests using Buganizer.
• Ensure new request intakes are handled appropriately, including hotlist tagging, spreadsheet tracking, and business requirements validation.
• Collaborate with the Consulting organization to identify new enhancement requests and drive business-led prioritization.
• Hand off enhancement requests to appropriate GCBP system owners and facilitate the closure of open questions or clarification of business requirements.
• Facilitate testing, validation, and enablement for enhancements prior to release.
• Regularly communicate the status of the enhancement backlog to relevant stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in program management, operations, or systems analysis.
• Strong conceptual understanding of the process improvement lifecycle, including intake, business validation/requirements gathering, prioritization, development, testing, deployment, and business enablement.
• Experience using ticket/workflow management systems.
• Strong documentation and cross-functional communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage up.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Lead-to-Cash processes.
• Hands-on experience with process design, process optimization, or business architecture.
• Experience running User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Project or Program Management certification or equivalent applied experience.
