Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex IT infrastructure programs involving multiple teams, vendors, and locations. In this role, you will oversee infrastructure deployment initiatives, manage program budgets and timelines, resolve delivery challenges, and ensure projects meet business and technical objectives.

You will work closely with engineering, operations, finance, security, and external vendors to drive successful program execution. This is an opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, improve delivery processes, and communicate program performance and business impact to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of complex, multi-site technology and infrastructure programs.
• Develop program strategies, roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and measurable success criteria.
• Coordinate infrastructure deployments, vendor activities, procurement, equipment availability, and site-readiness requirements.
• Manage project scope, financials, schedules, dependencies, and risks while ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, security, and external partners to resolve issues and align priorities.
• Prepare executive-level written reports, business reviews, program narratives, and status updates.
• Develop dashboards and tracking mechanisms to communicate program health, risks, progress, and investment requirements.
• Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans to keep programs on track.
• Drive process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, reliability, and cost effectiveness.
• Influence stakeholders and build alignment across teams, even without direct reporting authority.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, large-scale technology or infrastructure programs with significant budgets.
• Strong executive-level writing skills, including the ability to communicate program status, business impact, risks, and recommendations through written narratives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, operations, vendors, and finance.
• Experience with program roadmaps, budget management, risk mitigation, and delivery planning.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive decisions without a predefined playbook.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
