Title: Technical Program Manager, Manufacturing Engineering

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational strategies and milestones into manufacturing engineering roadmaps, schedules, deliverables, and execution plans.
• Manage cross-functional manufacturing programs, including dependencies, risks, resources, costs, milestones, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate vehicle and manufacturing validation activities, including partial and full vehicle crash builds with engineering teams and external suppliers.
• Lead manufacturing launch readiness and start-of-production activities, aligning teams, processes, suppliers, resources, and technical requirements.
• Facilitate cross-functional issue resolution and provide leadership with clear updates on program status, decisions, risks, and upcoming milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, management, or a related technical or business discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, manufacturing engineering, technical program management, program management, or a related field.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing environments such as automotive, aerospace, robotics, or other complex engineered-product industries.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs involving engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, logistics, procurement, finance, suppliers, and leadership.
• Strong skills in program planning, scheduling, risk and dependency management, communication, and coordination; experience with manufacturing validation or production launches is preferred.
