Technical Program Manager - Microgrid Solutions

About the role:

Delta is building next-generation microgrid platforms spanning power systems, controls software, energy storage, distributed generation, and AI-ready data center infrastructure. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to turn product roadmaps into successful product releases by coordinating execution across engineering, product management, and business teams.

What you'll do

• Lead execution of complex product and solution development programs across Power Systems, Controls & Software, Power Hardware, and Systems Integration Engineering teams
• Build and manage integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans
• Coordinate product releases, certification activities, manufacturing readiness, and launch plans
• Drive stage-gate reviews and executive program updates
• Ensure alignment between product roadmaps, engineering execution, and business objectives
• Resolve cross-functional issues and remove execution barriers
• Track program KPIs and continuously improve development processes

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• 7+ years of experience supporting and leading technical programs, product development, NPI programs, or engineering initiatives
• Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams
• Strong program planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership
• Prior experience in Microgrids, Energy storage (BESS), Power Electronics, Industrial Controls, Datacenter infrastructure, or Vehicle systems.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, Agile, or similar
