Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA — onsite five days/week, normal business hours

Rate: $40/hr-$55/hr all-in rate (depending on experience)

Job Description: Lead a medical device program from development and regulatory execution through launch and commercialization, coordinating global teams, schedules, risks, and executive updates.

Must-haves:

• 10+ years in program management, product development, or engineering leadership, with program-level ownership.
• End-to-end medical device development experience involving both software and hardware, including design controls, risk management, regulatory approval, and commercialization.
• Strong executive communication and experience driving cross-functional accountability without direct authority.

Pluses:

• Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) experience.
• Optical device experience.

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
