Role Overview

UCIC is looking for a Technical Program Manager – Technology & Digital Transformation to drive execution and governance across the organisation’s key technology initiatives.

The role will sit at the intersection of business, technology, operations, vendors/partners and governance, and will be responsible for translating technology priorities into structured programs with clear ownership, milestones, dependencies and outcomes.

The selected candidate will work across initiatives that's laying the foundation of a Integrated Financial Systems for UCIC, including lending platforms such as LOS and LMS, system integrations, cloud and infrastructure, enterprise applications, automation and other digital transformation programs.

This role requires someone who can combine structured program management with sufficient technology understanding to coordinate business teams, internal technology resources and external implementation partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Technology Program Management

• Planning & Execution Ownership: Own planning and execution of key technology and digital transformation programs across UCIC.
• Prioritize and Road mapping: Convert technology priorities and roadmap initiatives into structured execution plans with milestones, owners, dependencies and timelines.
• Cross functional Coordination: Translate business priorities into structured technology initiatives and implementation requirements.
• Coordinate the portfolio of concurrent initiatives

2. Program Governance & Management Visibility

• Drive governance mechanisms for all technology programs.
• Maintain program plans, decision & action trackers and implementation status.
• Manage the central dashboards & management reporting for Board, IT Strategy Committee.
• Ensure critical issues are escalated early with clear context, impact and recommended actions.

3. Business & Technology Coordination

• Cross functional coordination for Work closely with cross stakeholders across Business, Credit, Risk, Operations, Monitoring, Finance, Compliance and other functions.
• Translate business priorities into structured technology initiatives and implementation requirements.
• Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders, internal technology teams and implementation partners.
• Ensure technology programs remain aligned with operational and business requirements throughout delivery.

4. Service Partner Management

• Coordinate with technology Service Partners, SaaS providers, implementation partners and consultants involved in UCIC's technology landscape.
• Track deliverables, timelines, dependencies, open issues and commitments.
• Continue to discover new potential partners and represent UCIC in pre-identified forums

5. Continuous Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities to improve technology delivery, operating processes and cross-functional coordination.
• Work with teams to drive automation and workflow improvements that reduce manual effort and improve operational visibility.

6. Compliance and Audits

• Oversee the observations of IT compliance audits and follow through the implementation of the same.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in NBFC, Banking, Fintech or lending-related environments.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
