Title: Technical Program Manager – Telematics

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of telematics programs involving vehicle connectivity and communication systems across hardware, software, integration, product, strategy, and program management teams.
• Translate organizational and program milestones into detailed roadmaps, schedules, deliverables, development gates, resource plans, and measurable completion criteria.
• Establish standardized reporting to provide leadership and stakeholders with clear visibility into progress, dependencies, accomplishments, issues, risks, and decisions.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; lead cross-functional resolution and mitigation efforts, escalating critical concerns when necessary.
• Drive alignment and execution across teams, supporting technical decisions and communicating program changes, status, risks, and dependencies through completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or an equivalent combination of technical education and professional experience.
• 6+ years of experience leading engineering initiatives, technical programs, or complex program management efforts, including cross-functional hardware development.
• Experience with RF and wireless communication technologies such as LTE, 5G, WiFi, GNSS, and related connectivity systems.
• Proficiency with project planning, collaboration, tracking, and reporting tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong organizational, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and align teams without direct authority; experience in automotive, aerospace, regulated industries, hardware/software development, full product lifecycles, or supplier management is preferred.
