该职位来源于猎聘 Job summary: Under the direction of the Engineering Program Management leadership, the Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for driving end-to-end execution of hardware and software development programs. This role is based in Shenzhen, acting as a key liaison between internal engineering teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment on technical requirements, timelines, and deliverables. The TPM oversees program planning, resource allocation, risk management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful product development and launch. Essential Functions:  Lead end-to-end technical program execution across hardware and software development  Act as the primary interface between internal teams and external vendors/partners  Drive program planning, including scope definition, milestones, timelines, and deliverables  Coordinate cross-functional teams including hardware, software, QA, data, and design  Manage vendor deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with technical requirements  Identify and manage risks across hardware and software domains; drive mitigation plans  Own program schedules, dependencies, and critical path to ensure on-time delivery  Facilitate sprint planning, technical discussions, and regular program reviews  Support product release planning and coordinate launch readiness across teams  Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders on program status, risks, and decisions Minimum Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)  5+ years of experience in device-based project/program management (hardware + software), or 3+ years of experience in XR (AR/VR) device program management  Hands-on experience in launching hardware + software integrated products  Experience working with external vendors/partners in hardware and/or embedded systems development  Strong understanding of product development lifecycle across hardware and software  Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and timelines  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage technical trade-offs  Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills  Fluent in Mandarin; working proficiency in English Preferred Qualifications:  Experience in embedded systems, IoT, or device-based products  Experience working with vendors in supply chain  Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)  Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar  PMP or equivalent certification Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 Strong understanding of hardware and software development processes and integration challenges  Ability to manage multi-vendor programs and align cross-regional teams  Strong program management fundamentals (planning, scheduling, risk management)  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in technical environments  Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment  Detail-oriented with strong documentation and execution discipline
