Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in Java, Python, React UI Development, and SQL-based applications to lead strategic technology programs. The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical expertise, program management experience, and stakeholder management skills to drive end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise software engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple technical programs from initiation through deployment and production support.
• Manage cross-functional teams including architects, developers, UI engineers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Drive Agile/Scrum project execution while managing risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Oversee enterprise application development and modernization initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance on scalable application architecture and engineering best practices.
• Manage stakeholder communication, governance meetings, and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong Technical Program Management experience
• Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices
• Python (Automation, Backend Development, API Integration)
• ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional team management skills
