• Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.

• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

• Strong problem-solving and consulting mindset.

• Strong communication and leadership presence.

• Experience handling budgeting, resource planning, and cost optimization.

Client Engagement & Consulting:

• Act as the primary interface with clients, providing strategic consulting.

• Understand client business challenges and propose functional cloud solutions.

• Influence stakeholders and drive decision-making at leadership levels.

Cloud & Technology Expertise, Solutioning & Architecture:

• Provide expertise in on premises to cloud migration strategies.

• Strong knowledge of Azure & AWS migration frameworks and cloud modernization.

• Mandatory deep expertise in AWS & Azure DevOps tech stack (CI/CD, automation, IaC, etc.).

• Identify migration challenges and design effective functional solutions.

• Provide architecture-level guidance for scalable and secure cloud environments.

• Ensure best practices in cloud governance, security, and compliance.

• Certifications in AWS/Azure (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).

• Experience in multi-cloud environments.

• Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Innovation & Emerging Technologies:

• Drive adoption of AI-enabled migration strategies.

• Evaluate and integrate new and emerging cloud technologies in AI space.

• Leverage AIOps for intelligent monitoring and operations.
