Technical Program Service Specialist

The Technical Program Service Specialist will work within the Program and Product Managers team which leads, coordinates, supports, and assists all aspects of the business systems project(s) from original concept through the final implementation, ensuring governance process adherence, project continuity, stakeholder management and user communication.

The role will provide opportunity to become involved in a good breadth of technologies from IT platforms to detailed analytics. It is expected that the role will expand as the new team member learns the core activities and begins to identify areas for efficiency and innovation.
In specific the role will:

• Have responsibility for the coordination, configuration and ongoing management of Intertek IT
• platforms and manage client audit programs utilizing Intertek’s leading IT platforms.
• Act as liaison between Business Teams and clients for specific programs and projects.
• Learn about effective use of data analytics and insight delivery techniques and utilise these to deliver enhanced analytics to the business and clients.

Job Responsibility & Accountability

Key roles, functions & accountabilities

• Serve as technical contact for application user community related to integration errors.
• Support the business to monitor the on-time delivery of services
• Take responsibility for relevant customer service function projects and delivery up to expectation so as to improve overall customer (internal/external) experience.
• Support the Program and Product Managers in the business requirements gathering and provide
  technical expertise around the application and analytics.
• Develop training materials and documentation for educating end users to support the implementation.
• Identify and highlight risks and issues and escalate appropriately.

• Formal Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or related studies.
• Analytics experience is good to have but not critical as the resource will be trained in using the
  different tools that Intertek has.

Experience:

• Experience working as a Program / Project Assistant of medium-large sized projects with proven
  success using a project management methodology applied throughout a projects lifecycle
• Prior experience in Salesforce and audit management system a plus.
• Prior experience in Analytics and Power BI a positive
• Experience with a large, functionally diverse, and informed user base that demands high quality
  applications.
