  • Develop Work Instructions and Standards: Support the development, revision, and implementation of work instructions, packaging standards, visual requirements, and inspection criteria to improve process consistency and reduce damage across warehouse and distribution operations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse personnel, Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), and the Quality team to initiate containment actions, coordinate part returns, and support supplier recovery processes.
  • Support Investigations: Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities to resolve packaging and quality issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Internal Auditing: Conduct routine audits of warehouse processes, material handling practices, packaging controls, and inventory processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality requirements.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Review inspection results, analyze damage trends, and use operational feedback to identify process improvement opportunities and reduce repeat nonconformances across warehouse and distribution operations while supporting timely resolution of quality issues and material flow disruptions. Drive and implement continuous improvement and “Zero Defect” initiatives.

What You’ll Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred) and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
