Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Coordinator to support in managing client communication, technical coordination, project tracking, and day-to-day delivery activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and be comfortable working directly with clients and cross-functional technical teams.

Candidates from QA, Production Support, Application Support, or Technical Project Coordination backgrounds with strong client-facing experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for clients on project updates, technical coordination, and day-to-day communication.
• Support the Tech Lead in coordinating technical activities, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
• Understand technical requirements and effectively communicate them between clients, developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Coordinate with QA and development teams for releases, testing, defect resolution, and production issues.
• Participate in client calls, requirement discussions, demos, status meetings, and follow-ups.
• Assist in production support coordination, incident tracking, and resolution communication where required.
• Prepare project status reports, meeting minutes, trackers, and other project documentation.
• Ensure timely follow-up on deliverables and escalate risks or blockers to the Tech Lead/management.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a technical coordination, QA, Production/Application Support, Technical Project Coordination, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development and QA processes.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, testing, releases, and production support.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand technical discussions and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong coordination, documentation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Good command of verbal and written English.

Preferred Background

• QA professionals with strong client-facing/project coordination experience.
• Production/Application Support professionals with good technical and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical Project Coordinators or Project Leads with hands-on technical exposure.
