Technical Project Manager 2

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Project Manager 2 to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will drive technical project execution across cross-functional teams, with a strong emphasis on planning, scope management, and stakeholder alignment. The position will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in support of business objectives. It is well suited for someone who can translate project metrics into clear updates for senior leadership while keeping delivery teams coordinated and accountable.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
• Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders
• Plan, estimate, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones
• Refine best practices and tools for effective project execution
• Draft and submit budget proposals, recommending changes as necessary
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations
• Proactively manage changes in project scope and develop contingency plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of technical project management experience with a strong understanding of Agile Development Processes
• 3-5 years of experience using MS Project
• Project Management Certification (PMP, CSM, CAPM) strongly preferred
• 3-5 years of experience briefing project metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership
