Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in AI-based Contact Center and Back Office implementations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading large technology programs involving AI, automation, cloud transformation, Contact Center platforms and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI-based Contact Center and Back Office implementation programs.
• Manage programs involving IVA, Agent Assist, Unified Desktop, AI-based IVR and other AI/automation solutions.
• Lead technology programs within BFSI / Payments environments.
• Manage Genesys and Microsoft Dynamics related implementation/integration programs.
• Drive Cloud Migration and Cloud Transformation projects.
• Handle project planning, estimation, budgeting, governance and delivery.
• Manage vendors, partners and technology stakeholders.
• Own project financial control, resource planning and delivery timelines.
• Work closely with clients and senior stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Identify project risks, dependencies and mitigation plans.
• Lead cross-functional technical teams and ensure timely project execution.

Must-Have Skills

• 9+ years of overall experience in Project / Program Management.

• Strong experience in AI-based Contact Center & Back Office implementations.

• Experience with solutions such as:

• IVA – Intelligent Virtual Assistant

• Agent Assist

• Unified Desktop

• AI-based IVR

• Contact Center Automation

• Proven experience managing AI / Automation technology programs in BFSI / Payments.

• Strong exposure to Genesys.

• Strong exposure to Microsoft Dynamics.

• Experience in Cloud Migration / Cloud Transformation projects.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Project Planning

• Estimation

• Governance

• Vendor Management

• Financial Control

• Risk Management

• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

• PMP Certification – Mandatory/Preferred as per client requirement.

Good to Have

• AI/ML Certification or relevant exposure
• Python exposure
• PRINCE2
• Agile methodologies
• CSM / SAFe certification
• Experience in BFSI / Payments domain

Salary

Salary: Based on experience, relevant skill set and current CTC.
Expected CTC: To be discussed based on profile and experience.
