Technical Project Manager (Artificial Intelligence)

On behalf of a well-funded, and rapidly growing, growth stage start-up we are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can manage customer-facing implementation and professional services projects from initiation through delivery and closure.

Role:

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer implementation and professional services projects, from initiation through go-live, adoption, and closure.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, schedules, workstreams, dependencies, risks, and issue logs.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and customer expectations to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead customer project meetings, status updates, steering committees, and executive-level communications.
• Identify delivery risks early, drive resolution plans, and coordinate escalations across customer and internal stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Customer Success to translate customer needs into clear delivery plans.
• Coordinate technical discovery, configuration, migration, testing, rollout, and handover activities.
• Help bridge business, project, and technical conversations with both customer teams and internal teams.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders ranging from site teams and project managers to executives and technical teams.
• Build strong internal alignment across Sales, Success, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services.
• Help deliver enterprise customer outcomes that support retention, expansion, and long-term product adoption.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing customer-facing software, IT, implementation, or professional services projects.
• Experience delivering projects for external enterprise customers, ideally in SaaS, construction technology, enterprise software, consulting, or systems integration.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, implementation methodologies, and agile or hybrid project management approaches.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and translating between business requirements, delivery plans, and engineering constraints.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills, including executive status reporting and difficult stakeholder conversations.
• Strong written communication, documentation discipline, and attention to detail.
• Experience with project management tools, delivery reporting, and structured operating rhythms.
• Bonus: experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, compliance, document-heavy workflows, data migration, integrations, or AI-enabled SaaS.
