Technical Project Manager (ASAP Joiner)

Project & Delivery Management

• Lead overall delivery management of projects within the portfolio, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines, aligning resources and tracking progress to ensure timely execution.
• Optimize resource utilization and make decisions on priorities, scope, and allocation appropriate to project scale.
• Identify, monitor, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and critical paths, proactively devising contingency plans and resolving crises.
• Clear blockers for SMEs and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of project activities.
• Facilitate retrospectives and post-mortems to capture lessons learned and drive organizational maturity in delivery frameworks.
• Champion Agile and hybrid delivery practices, applying Scrum, Waterfall, or SAFe frameworks as appropriate.

Strategic Planning & Governance

• Define and finalize project scope, goals, and success metrics in collaboration with business units, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Establish and enforce governance functions in accordance with enterprise policies, practices, and PMO standards.
• Monitor and manage project expenses against cost baselines, with senior roles owning budget management and vendor negotiations.
• Drive organizational change management and stakeholder alignment, with senior roles influencing executive leadership and strategic direction.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to PMO best practices, ensuring projects deliver measurable ROI and support business transformation.

Leadership & Team Development

• Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members, fostering accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to PMO best practices.
