Technical Project Manager (BioVerse )

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of BioVerse products and initiatives across data, digital transformation, compliance and sustainability workstreams. The role will own delivery planning, stakeholder alignment, governance, resource planning, risk and dependency management, and execution against roadmap commitments and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Management

• Own planning and execution of product roadmaps and integrated delivery plans.
• Manage scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies and release readiness.
• Drive delivery across discovery, development, testing, deployment and hypercare.
• Track progress against committed timelines, delivery objectives and business outcomes.

Stakeholder & Executive Management

• Partner with Product Managers, Business SMEs, Architects, Engineering teams and external vendors.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees and leadership reviews.
• Prepare concise executive updates, status reports, decision papers and delivery dashboards.
• Drive alignment and timely decisions across cross-functional teams.

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

• Maintain RAID logs and proactively identify, assess and mitigate delivery risks.
• Coordinate cross-product and cross-team dependencies.
• Escalate critical blockers and drive mitigation and recovery plans.
• Improve delivery predictability through proactive governance.

Technical & Quality Governance

• Oversee delivery quality and operational excellence across technical workstreams.
• Lead production defect reviews, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure lessons learned are converted into process and technical improvements.
• Drive release governance, change management and deployment readiness.

Resource & Capacity Planning

• Manage capacity planning, resource allocation and squad-level forecasting.
• Track utilization and identify resource gaps or delivery risks.
• Balance TPM/project workload across workstreams.
• Coordinate onboarding and staffing requirements with relevant stakeholders.

Financial & Portfolio Management

• Support budget tracking and forecast management.
• Coordinate vendor governance and delivery performance.
• Align delivery priorities with portfolio objectives and business value realization.

Required Skills

• Technical Program Management: End-to-end ownership of technical programs/projects and management of multiple workstreams.
• Agile / Scrum Delivery: Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Azure DevOps / Jira: Hands-on experience with ADO and/or Jira for delivery tracking, backlog, sprint and release management.
• Risk & Dependency Management: Strong experience in RAID management, dependency tracking, mitigation and escalation.
• Data & Digital Product Delivery: Experience delivering data products, digital products or technology transformation initiatives.
• Stakeholder & Executive Communication: Strong communication with business, technology teams and senior leadership, including governance and steering committee experience.
• Vendor Management: Experience managing external vendors, delivery commitments and governance.
• Resource & Capacity Planning: Experience with resource allocation, capacity planning, utilization and forecasting.
• RCA & Production Support Governance: Experience handling production defects, root-cause analysis, corrective actions and operational governance.
• Compliance & Regulatory Delivery: Understanding of compliance, regulatory or governance-driven technology delivery.

• Technical Project Manager / Technical Program Manager / Technical Delivery Manager / Technology Program Manager.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional technical workstreams rather than a single isolated project.
• Strong exposure to senior stakeholder communication, governance forums and executive reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage delivery from discovery through deployment and hypercare.
• Strong technical understanding of data, digital products, applications, cloud or technology transformation environments.
