Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will bridge business needs and technical delivery across enterprise application and Microsoft cloud implementation projects. The selected professional will lead discovery, shape requirements, and help drive disciplined execution from planning through transition. This is a highly cross-functional position that partners with stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership to keep delivery on track and outcomes aligned. The work will support process clarity, adoption, and effective communication in a complex manufacturing and automotive environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $189,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder discovery and document requirements
• Coordinate delivery plans, milestones, and executive reporting
• Facilitate design workshops and sprint ceremonies
• Develop acceptance criteria and manage testing and training
• Coordinate change-management and service-transition activities
• Translate technical issues into customer-ready materials

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical project management, business analysis, or product delivery
• Experience with enterprise application or Microsoft cloud implementation projects
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and backlog management
• Ability to manage delivery cadence and cross-functional dependencies
• Excellent written and executive communication skills
