Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who combines strong hands on technical expertise with the ability to lead end to end project execution and team management. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software/platform development along with proven experience in project planning, delivery governance, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Provide hands on technical guidance in software / platform / stack development with strong C/C++ programming skill set.

• Contribute to architecture, design reviews, and technical decision making.

• Guide teams in solving complex technical challenges and ensuring high quality implementations.

• Ensure best practices related to code quality, performance, security, and scalability.

• Support integration, testing, and release activities.

Project Management

• Own and drive end to end project execution across multiple initiatives.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies.

• Track progress against milestones and ensure timely, high quality delivery.

• Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans.

• Ensure alignment with business and organizational priorities.

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers and contributors.

• Balance delivery commitments with technical excellence and team capacity.

• Enable skill development, coaching, and performance growth.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Act as a key interface with internal and external stakeholders.

• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly and regularly.

• Coordinate effectively with product, architecture, quality, DevOps, and leadership teams.

• Present technical and project updates confidently to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory

• 8+ years of experience in software development and technical project management.

• Strong technical background in C / C++ or system level software development.

• Proven experience leading complex software project management end to end.

• Solid understanding of SDLC, SAFe, and delivery governance.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Solid understanding of efficient use of AI across the SDLC

Preferred

• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent certification.

• Exposure to global, cross functional, and distributed teams.

• Building management system knowledge preferable.
