Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and forward-thinking Software Project Manager

to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our enterprise software projects. In this role, you will act as the crucial driver connecting technical execution with strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex enterprise software projects from kickoff to completion.
• Efficiently assign, balance, and manage human resources across projects based on team skills, project priorities, bandwidth, and changing business needs to prevent burnout and capacity bottlenecks
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource allocations across teams.
• Establish and maintain detailed project plans, executive reporting mechanisms, and regular status updates, briefings, and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement proactive risk management strategies and clear mitigation plans to address potential bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
• Monitor financial performance, track project budgets, forecast expenditures, and report on variances.
• Manage vendor, client, and stakeholder relationships, ensuring constant alignment with strategic project objectives.
• Ensure project teams remain focused on delivering measurable business value and addressing core operational needs.

Required Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 1–2+ years

  of hands-on experience managing software development projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Strong hands-on experience with core project management software ( Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or MS Project

  ).

• Active familiarity with AI productivity tools

  to streamline project documentation, workflows, and communication.

• Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

  , Git workflows, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and software testing frameworks. Curiosity and up-to-date knowledge of current tech industry trends.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, actionable business insights.

• Energetic, long-term mindset with a proactive approach to team momentum and goal alignment.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities under dynamic conditions.
