About the role

Lead end-to-end network migration projects for a fast-growing team, managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and resource allocations while coordinating migration activities with security teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end network migration projects
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resource allocations
• Coordinate migration activities with security teams and stakeholders
• Oversee network implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting phases
• Ensure accurate documentation of network designs and project milestones
• Bridge communication between technical engineers and business leaders

About you

• Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise network migration projects
• Strong familiarity with Cisco and Huawei hardware and networking protocols
• Excellent leadership, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to drive execution in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management certification
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Huawei Certified ICT Professional (HCIP) are preferred
• Hands-on background in network routing, switching, and firewalls
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical roadblocks
