Technical Project Manager

Role: Technical Project Manager – Capital Markets

Location: Chicago, IL (or nearby suburbs) – Onsite

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Capital Markets, preferably within Front Office/Trading platforms.
• Hands-on technical background in Java, with the ability to drive solution design and participate in technical discussions.
• Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and trade lifecycle workflows.
• Proven experience leading technical delivery teams and managing complex engineering programs.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Ability to engage effectively with both business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• The ideal candidate should be a technically strong delivery leader who can work closely with the client, drive engineering discussions, mentor the team, and ensure successful project execution. The candidate should be available to work onsite in the Chicago area.
