Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior PMO / Technical Project Manager with 15+ years of experience and strong Capital Markets domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams.
• Drive PMO, project governance, planning, risks, issues, and stakeholder management.
• Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, direction, and clear project communication.
• Leverage strong technical understanding to drive technology projects.
• Look for growth opportunities and help drive expansion

Requirements

• 15+ years of overall IT experience, preferably in a Java environment
• 8+ years of Capital Markets / Investment Banking experience in areas like Equities, Derivatives, or Fixed Income
• Proven PMO and technical project management background.
• Excellent team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage complex projects independently.
