Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Technical Project Manager (Onshore) to support our project for an engagement period. The resource will be responsible for ensuring successful execution of key project objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of digital and technology projects, from project initiation and planning through implementation and post-production support
• Establish project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resource requirements, and governance structures
• Coordinate and align expectations with stakeholders and development team
• Facilitate communication and alignment across business users, product owners, solution architects, developers, infrastructure/cloud teams, vendors, and senior management
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans
• Identify potential project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies early and establish appropriate mitigation plans
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, user needs, functional requirements, and technical considerations
• Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into clear requirements for development teams

About you

• Proven experience managing end-to-end technology/web application projects
• Strong experience working with business stakeholders, developers, architects, infrastructure/cloud teams, and external vendors
• Good understanding of web application architecture and cloud technologies
• Good understanding of digital marketing, digital platforms, customer journeys, and digital experiences
• Hands-on experience with both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and UAT
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in a large enterprise environment or ecommerce background with multiple stakeholders and complex technology dependencies
• PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, Agile Certification or equivalent would be an advantage
